Baby blanket

This is just a simple baby blanket my mom had me make her.. I did six by six squares with the minky and the peace fabric then when and sewed X's through all of them... It was time consuming but fun.. For the border my aunt showed my mom a new way. you just take a strip and do it to all four sides then do the same with the other side then sew all the sides together... It sounds hard but it very easy. It turned out very cute.

Hoodie

Yes its finally done! I actually finished a long time ago but it just took me awhile to post about it. I had alot of fun with it I ordered the pattern from my teacher.... I loved making it, I did mess up though with the fabric being the wrong way but other than that it was easy. The only other hard part was the hood but once I had that figured out it was very simple. It was a very fun project!

Sweater

I decided I needed a new comfy shirt/sweater... so I took my hoodie pattern and twiked it and made me this sweater.

Bonnet

While making my skirt i decided to make a bonnet... I got this idea from this other persons blog.. named Given Moments Bonnet Tutorial. It was very easy and quick I made two, one to match my skirt and one just gray.

Skirt

The first thing I made was a skirt. I bought a pattern at Joanns, there was a sign next to the pattern that said $3.99 but when I checked out it was like $18.00 so when you buy a pattern make sure you check how much it is.. Anyway the skirt was really simple I made it in a day and I put an elastic band in, you couuld put ribon or anything. I put two different fabrics, my main part was gray and the band around it was green with a white design. Then at the end I added a green trim around the bottom. Im suprised how well it turned out it looks exactly like a pioneer skirt!

Trek

This summer I will be attending the trek... For the trek you must dress like a pioneer and my mom got me this dress that I did not want to wear. So I was inspired to make my own pioneer clothes.

Dear fellor bloggers... I'm so sorry I havent been keeping you updated on my projects lately.. I've been very busy with school and other events. Fortunatley im already half way done with the hoodie. I recently finished another project today and I will be posting about it today and adding pictures tomorrow.. Im so sorry for loosing my true bloggerness.
